AINQ Printouts – Current assessment information for a PIN
AINQ computer printouts contain the most current assessment information for any given Property Index Number.
Note: If this is a Unique Letter Property, the record may be unavailable if the town in which the property is located has not yet been certified by the Assessor.
Orders for AINQ printouts must indicate whether the request is for the AINQ summary information or summary and detail information.
Orders should include the Property Index Number, volume and township.
ASIQ Printouts – Summaries assessment history of a parcel
ASIQ printouts show the yearly summarized history of a parcel. From this file, the following information is available:
Summarized assessment history of a parcel
- Detailed history of a given parcel, including a description of property characteristics.
- Any permits issued for a given parcel
- Any Senior Citizen Application for a given parcel.
- Any Homeowner Application for a given parcel.
- Any Certificates of Error issued to a given parcel.
Orders for ASIQ printouts must include the Property Index Number, volume and township.

ASAL Sale Printouts
ASAL printouts contain recent sales information on a given property. These printouts are available for sales over the last few years. Orders should include the Property Index Number, township, property class number and neighborhood code.
Property Appeal Docket – Past Three (3) Years
A Property Appeal Docket contains all taxpayer submitted documentation as well as a copy of the final valuation as determined by the Cook County Board of Review. Current year dockets are not available until the final Board of Review valuation has been determined. Orders for Property Appeal Dockets should include the assessment year, Property Index Number and the Appeal number if possible. To review and/or copy files associated with your PIN (or PINs associated with your firm) please fill out the appropriate Board of Review of Cook County File Request Form.

Note: When requesting files not associated with your P.I.N. (or associated with your firm), you must also submit a F.O.I.A. request.
